In A Pickle History ...
In the summer of 2010, I began pickling a plethora of cucumbers from my garden. I also had plenty of okra from the garden even after giving much of the okra away. So, I decided to start pickling the okra, too.
After I had perfected both recipes, I began bringing garlic dill pickles & okra to my co-workers, friends, and family. It wasn’t long before I was pulled aside, and told, “You should sell these!”
And so, “In A Pickle” was born!
